The purpose of this bid is to establish agreement(s) with qualified bidder(s) to provide vehicle parts, tools, and equipment to the City of Stillwater from date of award through June 30 of 2026. The City’s objective is to obtain favorable discount pricing from multiple vendors to ensure a readily available parts supply, to provide flexibility to the City, and to ensure fair and open competition. The bid includes Automotive Parts in the following categories. The City recognizes that bidders may not carry inventory in every category listed, therefore bidders are not required to respond to each category to be considered for award: 1. Air Conditioning; 2. Alternators and Starters; 3. Batteries; 4. Bearings, Ball and Roller; 5. Belts and Hoses; 6. Brakes; 7. Electrical and Ignition; 8. Emissions, Sensors and Exhaust; 9. Engine and Drive Train; 10.
