Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide Transitional Housing (TH) and Regional Transportation Unit for all genders and gender identities ages 18 and above involved in the Criminal Justice system. The program must be culturally competent, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and gender responsive. TH programs shall provide a structured, home-like environment with regularly scheduled case management sessions focused on addressing clients' basic needs through Flex Funds and links to community resources to ensure a healthy reintegration into the community while providing accountability for community safety. Most of the services identified for TH clients through the assessment will occur at the local Alternative In the Community (AIC), however the TH programs shall also provide structured activities and/or groups during evening and weekends.
