The Project is for the completion of the construction of a single-story, pre-engineered building for use as a community center. The work scope includes site paving utilities, and general exterior and interior construction, including completing construction of the pre-engineered building, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and landscaping work. Please note that the pre-engineered building package has been partially completed whereby the exterior/interior walls, roof trusses, and standing seam metal roofing are set in place, roof gutters have been installed however downspouts have not. The plumbing and electrical rough in installations have been completed, inspected, and passed by the authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), however the mechanical rough in has NOT occurred.
