CSAH 13 (50th Street N) from Helmo Avenue to Olson Lake Trail, City of Oakdale • Approximately 950-ft of new trail on the south side of CSAH 13 • Preliminary design completed in 2020 • Adjacent wetland o Delineation completed in 2019, concurrence in 2020 • Right-of-way needed • 45-mph posted speed limit • Washington County is currently reconstructing CSAH 13 from 55th Street to Olson Lake Trail CSAH 13 (Radio Drive/Inwood Ave) from CSAH 16 to CSAH 10, Cities of Lake Elmo, Oakdale and Woodbury • Approximately 3-miles of trail reconstruction • No right-of-way needed • Posted speed limit varies from 45 to 55 mph • A trail resurfacing project is currently included in the Washington County Capital Improvement Plan. o The County would like to evaluate the cost implications of a full trail rehabilitation project, including compliance with the ADA at all pedestrian access points. This would include an evaluation of all corridor traffic signal systems to identify the modifications required for compliance at each system. CSAH 14 (34th Street N) from TH 120 to Hadley Avenue, City of Oakdale • Approximately 2,550-ft of new trail on the south side of CSAH 14 (TH 120 to Granada) and 2,600-ft of trail reconstruction (Granada to Hadley) • Revisions to three (3) traffic signal systems to provide pedestrian crossing(s) and comply with the ADA: TH 120, Granada and Hadley • Temporary easements needed • 55 mph posted speed limit CSAH 18 (Bailey Road) from La Lake Park to Woodlane Drive, City of Woodbury • Approximately 1,300-ft of new trail on the south side of CSAH 18 • Temporary easements needed and possibly right-of-way • 55 mph posted speed limit • Include geotechnical evaluation of existing trail from CSAH 20 (Military Road) to Lydia Lane o Existing trail has a PCI between 0 and 39 o Provide recommendations for trail rehabilitation to occur at a future date
