Carefully remove debris from the mudslide site and stage at the pullout above Royer Lane. Load removed debris into trucks appropriate for hauling. Haul debris to the CDOT pullout area on CO Hwy 145 between mile markers 75 and 76. After debris is removed from the trail, the trail should be flattened and the existing drainage bar ditch should be re-established approximately 8’ off the rock wall. (Contractor is not responsible for laying the crusher fines or rebuilding the rock wall). Extra care should be taken to protect pedestrian and vehicular travel on the adjacent CO-145 spur. Traffic control may be necessary when loading trucks or moving heavy equipment. Clean up after project completion, the trail should be in visitor/user-ready condition with the exception of the final layer of trail surface. Rebuilding the rock wall is not included in this bid.
