One (1), Capital Safety vest style Harness with front and back rings, Mfg. Part #1102090 6. One (1), Capital Safety Tagline, 25 ft. with O-ring at one end, Mfg. Part #7211857. 7. Two (2) copies of operating manual, parts manual and maintenance manual must be delivered with equipment. 8. Bid award vendor must provide three (3) hours of training on confined space rescue equipment within seven (7) days of delivery.
