The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Marketing Division, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to provide structure buildout and setup for the North Carolina (NC) Pavilion at the 2025 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show to be held May 17-20, 2025 at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois, to promote Got To Be North Carolina (GTBNC), NC Products and NC Companies, per the specifications listed in Section 5.1 SPECIFICATIONS. The structures shall be completely installed, furnished, cleaned, vacuumed and ready for use by noon, May 13, 2025. Vendor will also be responsible to dismantle structures after the conclusion of the show. The intent of this solicitation is to award an [Agency Contract. The specific items and any specifications that the Purchasing Agency is seeking are listed below. Items offered by the Vendor must meet or exceed the listed Specifications to be considered for award. Vendor shall provide structure buildout and setup for the NC Pavilion at the 2022 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show to be held May 17-20, 2025 at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois The other two (2) years 2026 and 2027 dates will be provided one hundred and twenty (120) days before the event. Six (6) exhibit areas (three(3) per side) approx. 10’x13’ each. Four (4) storage areas. Graphic panel options for each of the six (6) companies plus one(1) graphic panel for GTBNC Ag. 5.1.1 Production for Rental One (1) 20' x 50' custom rental exhibit done in black, yellow, and green laminate panels, and black counter tops with white metal extrusions including the following: 1. Four (4) - 1m x 1m x 14' high towers (with locking doors for storage) connected by headers for company and state identification 2. Low wall to form a semi-private conference area – 1.5m x 3m 3. One (1)– Lounge area – 1.5m x 3m 4. Six (6) 1m x .5m x1m high black counters with sliding and locking door access for storage 5. Six (6) 1.5 x .5 x 1m high black counters with open shelf and locking doors for storage 6. Sixteen (16) – lights on towers to illuminate company logos 7.
