Valves, Filters All Solenoid Valves - Inspect All Ball Valves- Inspect Pressure Gauges- Inspect and adjust All Filters- Inspect and clean d. Activation Switches Activation Wand Limit Switch - Inspect and clean e. Brush Operations – Inspect the following: Brush Pelts Bearings Disk Protector II. Bus Washer Monthly Maintenance a. All Valves – Inspect and Clean the following: AT All Air Lines AT All Chemical Lines AT All Water Lines b. Anchor Bolts – Inspect, Tighten and Replace if necessary the following: Brush Columns All Arches All Pumps Any Other Support Equipment w/anchor bolts c. Brush Operations Gearbox Oil – Inspect and refill Bearings - Lubricate Couplings – Inspect d. Above Ground Clarifier – Inspect and Clean the following: Transfer Pump/Sump Pump Float Switch III. Bus Washer as needed/Semi-Annually Maintenance Clean and scrub entire Bus Washer Frame using mild soap degreaser
