BCA approved and/or agree to become a BCA approved vendor for SRMS modules aŌer technical evaluaƟon and final contractor selecƟon is completed. o BCA-Vendor-Screening-Program-Flowchart.pdf (mn.gov) o Minnesota JusƟce InformaƟon Services - BCA Vendor Screening Program (mn.gov) Provide and make available one (1) project manager who will funcƟon as the county’s sole point of contact on this RFP and work directly with the county’s project manager throughout the implementaƟon of the new SRMS. Be the point of contact throughout the implementaƟon and ongoing use of the new SRMS where adjunct or ancillary parts of the soluƟon are provided by sub-contractors or teaming partners. Furnish, install, configure, and test all equipment, soŌware, and services for the proposed soluƟon. Implement and cut over to a new SRMS, including migraƟng users and imporƟng exisƟng data. Provide 24/7/365 incident technical support for the new SRMS. Provide rouƟne system maintenance for the new soluƟon, including deploying system updates, applying configuraƟon seƫngs to ensure system security, and supporƟng problem management acƟviƟes to improve the environment’s capability, availability, and reliability. Provide SRMS training for up to (5) administrators and up to (5) support staff or train-the-trainer staff. Such training should be online or, if in-person, on locaƟon at the county’s place of business in HasƟngs, Minnesota. Provide iniƟal how-to documentaƟon, videos, user guides and other aids for end users of the new SRMS that the county may freely reproduce for internal use without copyright infringement.
