a. Interior demolition of interior load bearing walls, framing, plumbing fixtures, lighting, diffusers, gyp. board ceilings, glazing, doors, HVAC equipment, and finishes (and as identified on the drawings). Modification of existing interior spaces for new uni-sex restroom, multi-occupant restrooms, maintenance room, mop sink, drinking fountains, and office area. Work specifically includes floor & wall finishes, mechanical equipment & exhaust systems, plumbing, water heaters and fans; electrical modifications to lighting, receptacles, and circuiting; structural modifications at new HVAC system, load bearing walls, overhead door openings; and new entryway vestibules. b. Exterior modifications include demolition of existing entry way canopy structures & columns, gutter system, existing roof system, rooftop condensing unit, concrete apron work, site improvements which include landscaping, adding (1) additional flagpole, (2) vestibules with new storefront system, and sidewalks. Building exterior upgrades include staining exterior brick, replacement of gutters and downspouts, new standing seam roof system, soffits, and condensing unit. c.
