The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer, Trenton Water Works is soliciting sealed proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. from qualified persons, companies (the "Firm or Firms") to provide consulting services in support of ongoing activities in the department of water and sewer of the city of Trenton. These services will include advising the department and the city on various compliance objectives required by the New Jersey Department of Environmental protection under various agreements and orders issued to the city of Trenton, offer support to existing management in the areas of strategic planning ongoing compliance, capital project planning, and general organizational support. The Consultant will also act as liaison between the department and the New Jersey department of Environmental Protection on an as needed basis. This contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year.
