DHHL is seeking grant proposals statewide to support new projects, programs, and services for HHCA beneficiaries. Such facilities, programs and services shall support healthy and thriving native Hawaiian homestead communities. Proposed projects may include any project listed in any Commission-approved DHHL Regional Plan, including those listed as "Potential" and/or "Priority Projects". For more information on DHHL Regional Plans, please visit: https://dhhl.hawaii.gov/po/regional-plans/. Proposed projects must benefit DHHL Lessees execute their community visions. Partnerships and teams consisting of DHHL beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries, including individuals and organizations, are encouraged to apply. Projects shall be beneficiary-driven and any assistance should provide benefits DHHL homestead lessees. All applications must include a description of processes that seek to address projects that specifically address this solicitation's purpose.
