The Iredell County ITS is located at 200 South Center Street, Statesville, NC 28677 and handles successful implementation and maintenance of new and existing hardware and software needs for County departments. Its main goal is to provide effective information system solutions which assists ITS in fulfilling their responsibilities to provide services to County departments as efficiently as possible. Although the information may be general in nature, it is the company’s responsibility to provide detailed information pertaining to each requirement below: • The awarded company shall have a system implemented to begin by late Fall, 2024. • Self-Serve Portal for managing licenses and adding or subtracting licenses to true up per the needs and requirements for the County. • License is to be self-managed, procured, and available for use almost immediately. Estimated time from procurement should be within 15 minutes or less. • All available licenses from Microsoft must be available for purchase through the self-serve portal and fall under the new subscription licensing model that Microsoft is moving towards. • Flexibility - Customers can choose which cloud services to purchase and can turn services on and off without consequences. They can also be billed monthly or annually, and annual subscriptions have a monthly billing option. License commitments are per month or annual depending on business requirements. • Cost - Customers only pay for what they use, and there are no large upfront costs. • Scalability - Customers can self-serve to acquire licenses and can easily scale up if their license counts or decrease their license counts, based on the business needs
