Analysis of Current Policies and Programs for Compliance with the OAA Final Rule • Review of SUA and partner AAA current policies/procedures (and any applicable documents referenced in the OAA final rule) analyzed against all OAA final rule requirements to determine status in comparison to becoming fully OAA compliant. • Report will be completed summarizing areas of deficiency from full OAA compliance. b. Workplan Completion • Following the analysis, a chart listing activities SUA will need to complete to become OAA compliant following all compliance regulations and a timeline for completing the activities. • Workplan chart must not only include a breakdown of the activities to be completed with a timeline, it should also include progress checks, needed resources, and responsible persons appointed for tasks. c.
