1. Construction of a new reverse osmosis building, clearwell, reservoir, reclaim tank, and associated equipment, chemical feed, and appurtenances. 2. Renovation of the existing treatment facility components, including the mechanical aerator, detention tank, concrete filters, and replacement of the existing chemical feed systems. Miscellaneous renovations to the existing treatment facility building and systems. 3. Furnish and install new power distribution and generation equipment, electrical systems, process controls, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. 4. Decommissioning and demolition of the existing reservoir, backwash recovery basin, pump building, and all associated equipment and appurtenances. 5. Various other trades associated with the above work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, painting and coating systems, and civil site improvements.
