Construction of Mountain View Improv 1 consists of approximately 171 linear feet (0.03mi) of 12-in VC sewer mains to replace existing 10-in VC sewer mains via open trench. Also, the construction of approximately 669.76 linear feet (0.126 mi) of new 8 and 12- in sewer main, including new manholes via open trench. Abandon approximately 492 linear feet (0.09 mi) of sewer main. Scope of work also includes the Long-Term Maintenance and Monitoring Agreement. Construction of Valencia Park Improv 4 consists of the replacement of approximately 0.12 mile of existing 8"ac water main, abandonment of 0.07-mile 0f existing 8" ac water main and transfer 3 - 1" water services on 54th st to the adjacent 12"pvc. The replacement of approximately 0.12 mile of existing 6" vc sewer main. The rehab of one manhole abandonment of 0.09 mile of existing vc sewer main, water services, sewer lateral.
