The contractor is expected to provide inclusive, but not limited to, pricing for the following: • Remove existing chiller from site. • Provide all crane and rigging to remove existing chiller. • Install new 48-ton air cooled York chiller (YLAA0048HE46VSD). • Provide piping to reinstall proposed chiller. • Re-connect existing electrical work on the new chiller. • Provide start-up of new chiller by a certified York factory trained mechanic(s). • Clean up and check for proper operation
