911 Back Up Center at 3420 SW Van Buren St. Topeka, KS Construction • Demolition • Finishing new space to include: o Electrical  12 new LED Basket lights  1 new dimmer  Wiring to new lights o Data lines  8 Data communication wall rings and pull strings o Drywall o Paint o Carpet  Finish and fill in part of existing floor drain o HVAC  Mitsubishi 3 Ton Multi-zone HVAC, SNCO CECC Room  Mitsubishi 1.5 ton single zone ductless heat pump, AMR Room. Equipment • 7 Dispatch consoles for Shawnee County • 3 Smaller consoles for AMR. 911 Main Center at 320 S Kansas Ave, Topeka KS Equipment • 15 Dispatch consoles for Shawnee County and AMR use. • Consoles for the 911 Main Center, need to be able to be moved to a new location when needed in the future • Replacement of carpet on floating floor • Minor electrical work • Possible re-routing of Cat 6 cables
