This Request for Information seeks input, including information and recommendations, from the interested and/or impacted parties relating to ways in which the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission could use its resources and authorities to support the development and dissemination of new or innovative interventions through Collaborative Research Agreements. A Collaborative Research Agreement is a planned collaborative research project between two or more parties (NIH, 2024). Collaborative Research Agreements establish terms for scope of work to be conducted, schedules and deliverables, publication of the research results, intellectual property arising from the research collaboration, and care of data and confidential information exchanged during the research.
