Bids are being accepted for two (2) projects. Bids can be awarded per project or as a total project. Project 1: Pergola 1. Furnish labor and materials for installation of a 20'x25' wooden pergola to span over picnic table area adjacent to kitchen. 2. Pergola will be strong enough to sustain vine growth on top of structure. 3. Posts will be set in concrete. 4. Owner to select final stain/finish of wood. Project 2: Covered Learning Structure 1. Furnish labor and materials for installation of a 25'x30' pressure treated wood pavilion with corrugated metal roof. 2. Includes removing existing wood posts and foundations from area. 3. Pavilion will have no PVC trim or cement board. 4. Pavilion wood will be stained owner choice in color. 5. Wood posts to be set a minimum 24" in concrete. 6. Floor of pavilion will remain mulch/wood chips. This will not be the contractor’s responsibility. Waynesboro Public Schools’ staff will mulch the floor. 7. Exposed beams. Required spec: • 8”x8” posts used on both projects. • 18 gauge, corrugated or ribbed, galvanized exposed metal roof panels. Color to be decided by the owner.
