The District intends to select a professional Construction Management firms to provide full construction management services, including document control, beginning with constructability reviews (where applicable) and assistance during bidding and award and continuing through the life of the project and project closeout, including DSA closeout, and a 10-month warranty walk. CM firms will report directly to the Bond Program Manager Consultant or his designee. Contractors have been selected for most of these projects using the lease-leaseback method, remaining contractors will be selected in the coming months. Submitting firms should be prepared to demonstrate competence managing projects under this project delivery method. No projects awarded to any CM firm under this RFQ/P will be built using the CM at risk method.
