The Scope of Work includes, without limitation, providing all necessary materials, taxes, fees, labor, supervision, subcontractor expenses, tools, equipment, permits, cleanup, rentals, transportation, and obtaining all required documentation for permits, such as building, electrical, fence, right-of-way, and environmental permits, and any other necessary items for project completion. All work shall be performed in a professional, workmanlike, and timely manner. All existing fencing will be removed by County staff prior to the selected contractor commencing work under the awarded contract. Perimeter fencing specifications shall be 6-foot fused bonded black PVC coated chain link, 9-gauge with 2-inch diamond and a galvanized steel core with 2” line posts, 1 5/8” top rails, 2 ½” terminal posts and bottom tension wire. Entrance gates shall be automated and equipped with sensors, timers, keypads, and key fobs.
