1) Renovate the Community Recreation Room a. Expand approximately double the size of the community recreation room to the south side of the building. This will entail the extension of a raised foundation to support expanded community room. Community recreation room features to add include new HVAC unit, raised ceiling and brighter lights, new entry/exit access may be needed, new tempered proof windows with window shade/screens to expand in the southern wall to match existing building windows, additional interior wall to floor mirrors, install one north/south room divider, audio/visual system, expand storage room onto the adjacent kitchen area, construct new warming kitchen/breakroom, add counter opening with secure roll up panel for service access from the community room area, and new wall paint and durable flooring suitable for dance such as tap and folklorico. 2) Renovate the Bob Glass Gymnasium Community Stage b. The Bob Glass Gymnasium community stage entails the installation of new overhead audio and spotlight system to highlight stage performances, new paint, carpet and vinyl flooring for access to stage. New stage flooring, wall paint, new stage curtains and backdrop draping, new ADA restrooms, and demolition of center wall from two small rooms to create one large office space.
