1.1.1. The minimum recommended personnel are shown in Appendix B, in the Contractor’s Administrative Requirements exhibit to that Appendix. 1.1.2. The Key Personnel, as described in Appendix B, for the Contract are as follows: 1.1.2.1. Project Lead 1.1.2.1.1. The Project Lead shall have the following qualifications: 1.1.2.1.1.1. At least five years’ professional experience managing a NEMT or Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) program of similar size and scope. 1.1.2.1.2. The Project Lead shall be a full time, senior management position. 1.1.2.1.3. The Project Lead shall be responsible for all of the following: 1.1.2.1.3.1. Serving as Contractor’s primary point of contact for the Department. 1.1.2.1.3.2. Ensuring the completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract’s requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all work. 1.1.2.1.3.3. Overseeing all other Key Personnel and Other Personnel and ensuring proper staffing levels throughout the term of the Contract. 1.1.2.1.3.4. Ensuring all Performance Standards are met and reporting out on status of the Performance Standards to the Department. 1.1.2.1.3.5. Monitoring all phases of the contract. 1.1.2.2. Quality Assurance Manager 1.1.2.2.1. The Quality Assurance Manager shall have the following qualifications: 1.1.2.2.1.1. At least three years managing a NEMT program 1.1.2.2.1.2. One or more years in a quality assurance role with responsibilities for ensuring compliance to contracts, labor agreements and the law. 1.1.2.2.2. The Quality Assurance Manager shall be responsible for all of the following: 1.1.2.2.2.1. Oversee and monitor all activities related to organizational quality management in adherence to identified contractual and national standards. 1.1.2.2.2.2. Direct the intake, compilation, and intra/inter-departmental coordination, documentation, resolution, and reporting of quality management activities. 1.1.2.2.2.3. Ensure adherence to timeliness requirements for response, resolution, and reporting of complaints and grievances. 1.1.2.2.2.4. Organize systematic data collection and analysis in concert with other departments.
