Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) General Requirements 4.1.1.1. Contractor shall manage the Colorado Pre-Admission Screen and Resident Review in accordance with State and Federal statutes and regulations for members who have a potential mental illness (MI) or intellectual and/or developmental disability (IDD). 4.1.1.2. Contractor shall meet the following three goals of PASRR: 4.1.1.2.1. Identify Members with mental illness, intellectual and/or developmental disability, or both. 4.1.1.2.2. Ensure the Member’s residence is appropriate, whether in the community or in a nursing facility. 4.1.1.2.3. Monitor delivery of Contractor’s Level II Evaluation’s recommended services, to the extent possible, with facility involvement. 4.1.2. PASRR System 4.1.2.1. Contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain a Department-approved web-based electronic system to support all PASRR activities necessary to demonstrate compliance with all Federal and State PASRR regulations in the following areas: 4.1.2.1.1. Level I Identification Screening process. 4.1.2.1.2. Level II Evaluation exemptions and categorical decisions, with required reporting. 4.1.2.1.3. Notification of need for Level II Evaluation. 4.1.2.1.4. Level II Evaluation, determination, notification, and reporting activities. 4.1.2.1.5. Tracking of locations of all nursing facility interfacility transfers who have received a Level II Evaluation Notice of Determination (NOD) following a PASRR Level II Evaluation completed by Contractor. 4.1.2.1.6.
