Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. This is a sole source for Teach.org to provide a comprehensive teacher recruitment package. TEACH.org is the only vendor who CDE has found which can provide a comprehensive teacher recruitment package. Research has shown that although there are vendors who may be able to provide a teacher recruitment website or do advertising/marketing, CDE via its market research has not found another vendor who has a comprehensive recruitment package including maintenance and support of a recruitment website, a one-to-one educator coaching program, scholarship program and an outreach, social media campaign, including the development and distribution of TV, internet advertisements, data aggregation and reporting, a tool for users to browse and compare educator preparation programs in the state, online appointment system for one-to-one coaching, test prep toolkits, application toolkits, social media kits, as well as on-ground support for school districts, educator preparation programs, and statewide participation educator/job recruitment fairs.
