provide The Center with supportive services to include business assessment and/or technical assistance for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Firms (Clients) a Minority Business Development Agency (NC MBDA), public outreach and engagement, MBDA representation at local outreach events and reporting services on behalf of The Center. The intent of this contract is to award to multiple vendors and to assign regional areas of the State for each Vendor to complete the tasks and deliverables below within its assigned area. This contract shall have three (3) regions as illustrated below. Vendors may submit a pricing proposal for one (1) or more of the regions in which it wishes to service. (See Attachment A Pricing). The State may award multiple Vendors to each region.
