Perform conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration and other support services as required by the Executive Design Professional Agreement (EDPA) for the Biosafety Level 2 (BSL2) laboratory conversion at Hearst Memorial Mining Building (HMMB) Room 354 on the campus of the University of California, Berkeley. The project will have three (3) phases; Phase One - Conceptual Design, Phase Two - Schematic Design/Design Development and Estimating, Phase Three – Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration. At the completion of each phase, at the University’s discretion, University may negotiate and award subsequent phases to the successful consultant.
