1. Security Services for the three buildings serving the PCDHS Customer Base with additional locations TBD. 320 W. 10th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. 405 W. 9th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. 2631 E. 4th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. Additional Non-DHS Locations (TBD). 2. Contractor shall provide a security guard between Monday-Friday from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm (excluding County recognized/observed holiday’s and/or any other specific days identified by County provided Contractor is given 24 hours-notice) at three buildings listed in #1 in Pueblo, Colorado 81003 unless otherwise specified by County. Contractor understands all locations requiring an on-site guard will be places of operation for the Pueblo County Department of Human Services within Pueblo County, Colorado. 3. Contractor agrees to provide said on-site guard at the rate per hour as agreed upon, for a minimum of 2080 with additional requests for guards as available by contractor 4. Contractor will agree the on-site guard shall conduct perimeter checks around the 320 W. 10th Street and 405 W. 9th Street locations at least twice per day and shall also conduct a perimeter check each time the guard is assigned to the Housing and Human Services 4th Street location. Contractor will agree, at no time shall two (or more) guards be utilized to fulfill the obligations of this Agreement unless authorized through a separate amendment to this Agreement signed by both parties.
