Construction Support • The consultant shall provide construction administration services serving in a construction project manager role and inspection roles. The consultant shall staff the project appropriately to perform field testing, surveying and inspections. Inspection and testing staff should hold appropriate MnDOT certifications for work being performed. • Carver County will need the services of key personnel for contract administration, inspection, construction surveying and material testing along with sufficient support field staff for inspection, surveying and testing to properly staff the project. • Within the proposal provide the name of all personnel, background, relevant MnDOT and Bridge certifications, and relevant working experience. • The consultant shall assume a Field Office will be provided for this project. • The consultant will be provided with access to One Office for daily inspection logs and quantity recording purposes. • The Consultant shall provide vehicles for all Consultant personnel during the project. The Consultant’s vehicles shall be clearly marked with appropriate insignia to alert adjacent residents, business owners and other local persons that the operators of the on-site vehicles represent the Consultant. County vehicles will not be provided for any Consultant staff. • The Consultant shall provide computers, cameras, cell phones, personal protective equipment, and other devices required to provide the required services under this RFP.
