Upon commencement of contract negotiations with the highest ranked consultant, SacSewer and the consultant must mutually agree in advance of execution of the contract on the types of deliverables to be prepared and the level of detail to be provided. SacSewer has prepared a list of tasks necessary for the completion of this project, which must be used as a basis for the preparation of this proposal. Any existing roof plans, details, sections, pictures, reports, schedule, or schematics that SacSewer has will be provided to the selected consultant. The selected consultant will provide the following: a) Project kickoff design meeting b) Roof Alternatives Analysis c) Design, plans, and specifications for the roof, HVAC, and other items d) Structural Engineering analyses, design, plans, and specifications e) Bi-weekly design review meetings f) Engineer’s estimate g) Permit application(s) h) Bid Support – plan for two addenda i) Engineering services during construction; The design, plans, and specifications will include, but not be limited to, all components necessary for the removal, site preparation, selection, installation, and project sequencing of the HVAC equipment, roof, and other items mentioned in Sections 4 and 8.
