Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for providing custodial services, graffiti removal, and snow removal at RTD Shelters on East and West Colfax and “Groups 1, 2, & 4” shelters. It is the responsibility of the Contractor that all pedestrian areas are free from all dangerous conditions at all times. A dangerous condition means a physical condition of a facility or the use thereof that constitutes an unreasonable risk to the health or safety of the public, which is known to exist or which in the exercise of reasonable care should have been known to exist. The Contractor will be legally responsible for any dangerous condition that it causes or if it fails to remove a dangerous condition as required by these technical specifications. Proper insurance coverage will be required to cover any claims resulting from accidents and the Contractor shall defend any lawsuits addressing that issue. The intent of this contract is to provide Janitorial, Graffiti Removal and Snow Removal services to the RTD facilities listed in this specification, all inclusive, in one lump sum invoiced and paid monthly. The main objective of these custodial services is to maintain RTD sites and its surrounding areas to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible for patrons using RTD transportation services. A Custodial Plan, Graffiti Plan, Snow Removal Plan, Quality Control Plan, and a Staffing Plan are required to be submitted with your proposal
