• Review existing as-built documentation • Perform site visits and observations to validate existing conditions and identify unknown items. • Provide report with findings and proposed solutions to repair all deficiencies and bring elevators, pits, hoist ways, machine rooms and control room into compliance with current building and elevator codes including: o Upgrades required at hoist ways and elevator pits o Fire protection and fire stopping o Fire Alarm o Lighting o Power o Controls o Security systems o HVAC o Sump Pumps/ Moisture Sensors o Labelling o Finish repairs needed at lobbies and in cabs • Provide scope of work to execute the modernization. • Provide estimated schedule for modernization. • Provide estimate of probable cost for modernization.
