The City desires to obtain the services of outside firms or individuals to help the City perform Project Management and Construction Management Professional Services on an “on-call” as needed basis for various building and facility projects throughout the City. Task orders will be created under a Master Agreement and each task will be based on an agreed scope, schedule, and fee. The Consultant will serve as an extension to City staff and will manage design and construction of all building facility project upgrades, maintenance, and/or rehabilitation. The selected organization will provide the full range of services including but not limited to, Project Management, Administrative Support, Constructability/Biddability Reviews, Construction Management, Permit Monitoring, and Project Closeout.
