As specified by the Authority, the contractor shall have the capability to provide standing guard or roving patrol (on-foot), armed, for Authority properties at certain times daily. The Authority reserves the right to change the number of hours of service to be provided at each site at any time during the life of the contract. Contractor shall provide some electronic method to ensure the guard is making necessary rounds. The contractor shall be required to complete a detailed activity report including photographs and shall deliver copies of such to the Authority the next business day. In addition to addressing the details of the activities during the specified time, the report shall also address and list any safety or other related issues of concern to both the contractor and the Authority that the guard shall or may observe. In addition, the Contractor shall reimburse the Authority for the full cost of replacing any keys, pass cards or locks lost or misplaced by the Contractor or its guard personnel.
