UMass Dartmouth is seeking an agency to plan, implement, and manage our marketing efforts to drive awareness and enrollment over the next two (plus) years. The goal is to position and deliver upon UMass Dartmouth as the destination of choice for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students across Massachusetts, New England, and key strategic regions across the country, whether attending in-person or online. Successful execution of this engagement will be meeting our awareness and recruitment goals. These goals and personas for programs are provided in Exhibit A. The selected Bidder will work within our existing “Extraordinary” brand campaign and will be responsible for identifying key media channels and messaging strategies for prospective audiences.
