1. The Contractor shall complete the construction project as specified in the design drawing (Exhibit B) and according to the specifications as outlined in Exhibit C. 2. The Contractor shall submit all required documentation to the City of Wheat Ridge for review and permitting. 3. During the construction phase, the Contractor shall coordinate, through the CDPHE project manager, with our architect, 389 Design, for the following: a. Submission for review of any and all shop drawings b. Submission of all requests for information c. Coordination of 3 site visits with the architectural firm 4. During the construction phase, the Contractor shall coordinate, through the CDPHE project manager, with our structural engineer, Anderson & Hastings Consultants, Inc, including: a. Submission for review of any and all shop drawings b. Submission of all requests for information c. Coordination of 1 site visits with the structural engineering firm 5. During the construction phase, the Contractor shall coordinate, through the CDPHE project manager, with our landlord's fire suppression contractor for all modifications to the existing fire suppression system. 6. During the closeout phase, the Contractor shall coordinate, through the CDPHE project manager, with our architect, 389 Design, for the following: a. One site visit to generate a punch list b. One site visit to back check the punch list items c. Complete records drawings 7. During the closeout phase, the Contractor shall coordinate, through the CDPHE project manager, with our structural engineer, Anderson & Hastings Consultants, Inc, including: a. Records drawings
