Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, and equipment to perform commercial janitorial services at the Public Works facility (Medina). Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted high traffic areas, including all entrances, hallways, common areas and exit mats and rugs. Spot clean as needed. . Thoroughly vacuum and wet mop all hard surface flooring to give a clean and satisfactory appearance. . Empty all waste and recycle receptacles. . Remove and dispose waste and recycle material in designated location. . Spot clean interior and exterior of waste and recycle receptacles as needed to maintain receptacles. . Replace liners as needed. . Clean both sides of entrance door glass, spot clean glass door frames and accompanying glass panels including transoms (inside and out).
