HHFDC is looking for a new video presentation solution, either via replacement projector or a large format video screen/screens. The new video presentation solution must meet the following requirements. If it is a video projector: a. Ceiling-mounted at current installation b. Short throw lens (video must fill the entire existing projection screen, 102” diagonal) c. 3000 – 4000 lumens brightness d. Bulb-less technology e. 4K HD f. HDMI and VGA input g. Silent or near-silent operation (very important) h. Airplay and Chromecast connectivity option is preferable i. Must be compatible with existing system and configuration or include configuration changes to existing system for compatibility j. Power off and on via existing touchscreen panel k. Minimum 5-year Extended warranty with parts replacement l. Energy-efficient If it is an alternate video solution: a. Video screen/s, video walls / tiles, modern tech that is wall-mounted at front of boardroom b. Video can be comprised of one large format screen or multiple smaller screens that are merged into one large display c. If using multiple screens, must look almost seamless when functioning as one large display (ne bezels or orders) d. 4K HD e. HDMI and VGA inputs to work with current configuration f. Silent or near-silent operation (very important) g. Airplay and Chromecast connectivity option is preferable h. Must be compatible with existing system and configuration or include configuration changes to existing system for compatibility i. Must be “instant on” without configuration j. There is an electrical outlet at the front center bottom of the wall k. Component / screen must fit in elevator l. If going with multiple screens option, provide 2 same/extra screens as replacements for backup m. Minimum 5-year Extended warranty with parts replacement n. Energy-efficient
