Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.General. The successful bidder will provide all resources, labor, insurance and travel to furnish the selected teacher clarity process and training, including in-person and virtual training as determined. 2.Leadership Training. Teacher clarity training will target school district leaders including, but not limited to, elementary and secondary principals, assistant principals, school district teacher trainers, elementary instructional coaches, and English Learner coaches. 3.Teacher Training. In addition to our leadership team, the School District would like basic, initial teacher clarity training offered to our classroom teachers which would include the research behind teacher clarity, what teacher clarity is, and how to use teacher clarity to make learning visible in the classroom and to empower self-regulated students. 4.Training Focus. The School District is seeking teacher clarity training through the lens of how to support this work with our leadership group. It would be advantageous as part of this professional development to build in some reflection time of where we are as a school district, at each site, and advice on where to go next in the process. Follow-up coaching support for individual principals and/or site leadership teams would be desirable.
