Intake Operations - Establish and/or assume management and operation of Intake Centers within the State of Colorado to process individuals associated with an active event. If there are several shelters throughout an impacted area, the vendor will establish a centrally located facility or facilities as the “front door” access to the entire system. These locations may have longer intake hours and may provide transportation to other facilities. Staffing positions include but are not limited to: i. Front-line/client-facing staff ii. Supervisory staff iii. Project management staff iv. Program management staff E. Staffing - Proposals should include plans for recruiting, screening, hiring, and training qualified personnel to perform all essential tasks within the shelter. Roles to aid and oversee operations include but are not limited to Program Coordinator/Manager, Project Manager, Shelter Lead, and Shelter Staff. The Contractor shall: i. Provide sufficiently skilled and experienced temporary disaster and mass sheltering support personnel, including comprehensive personnel management. The Contractor shall understand that depending on the severity of the incident, the number of requested personnel for a single position may vary. For example, there may be situations where only one (1) individual is requested or situations where more than fifty (50) of each position may be requested. ii. Ensure personnel are clearly identifiable while on a worksite by wearing Contractorissued identification.
