A. Modernize one (1) traction passenger elevator: Car 1 B. Provide all labor, engineering, tools, transportation, services, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for and incidental to satisfactory completion of required work as indicated in Contract Documents. C. Contractor shall obtain and pay for or cause its Subcontractors to obtain and pay for all permits required to complete required work. D. Applicable conditions of General, Special, and Supplemental Conditions, Division 1, and all sections listed in Contract Documents “Table of Contents.” E. Preventive maintenance as described in Item 1.08, below and Section 14325 herein. F. Cartage and Hoisting: All required staging, hoisting, and movement to, on, and from the site including new equipment, reused equipment, or dismantling and removal of existing equipment. G. Unless specifically identified as “Reuse,” “Retain,” or “Refurbish,” provide new equipment. H. Hoistway, pit, and machine room barricades as required.
