The purpose of this solicitation is for the City of Raleigh, Raleigh Water, to secure professional engineering services for the design of the Perry Creek Transmission Main and the Zebulon Transmission Main on NC-97. These projects involve the installation of water transmission mains to meet projected capacity needs. In addition to the services described below, the scope of services will also include the following: Preliminary Engineering Services; Wetland, Stream, and buffer delineation & permitting; Geotechnical Evaluation; Subsurface Utility Exploration; Design and permitting of water transmission mains; Traffic Control Plan; Easement Plat preparation and recordation; Bid Phase Services; Select Construction Administration Services and inspection; As-Built survey and plans.
