Rockingham County Cooperative Extension (RCCE), a department of Rockingham County Government, is soliciting qualifications for Design-Build Project delivery services for the Rockingham County Livestock Marketing and Education Center (“Project”). The Project will be comprised of a cattle handling facility to allow Rockingham County residents to better and more safely market their cattle, along with an enclosed classroom that will allow for educational programs and training. The completed facility will be comprised of an approximately 7,200+/- square foot, single-story, building with support facilities. Construction of the facilities should begin by the fall of 2024. Preliminary needs include, but are not limited to, the following: • Classroom with Observation Window(s) • Common Area Restrooms • Open arena area • Storage
