The Expected Expenditure amount of $2,500,000 for this commodity is an estimate for a one-year period based on past history and future projections. The quantity of any item when shown in the price schedule as an estimate of an annual requirement is only an estimate based on currently available information. The purchase of any such item or quantity is not guaranteed. Any offer conditioned upon a promise by the Contracting Entity to purchase a minimum or definite quantity of such an item will be rejected. See the specification bid packet for more information. INTENT: To obtain pricing agreements for the purchase of various firefighting tools, repair parts, supplies, equipment, and personal protective equipment for the City of Oklahoma City Fire Department. Multiple Bidders will be awarded to ensure sufficient coverage. It is anticipated the pricing agreement(s) will be effective November 5, 2024 or later. Please note this new bid includes items previously bid under "Firefighting Tools, Repair Parts, Supplies, and Equipment" contracts and items previously bid under "Personal Protective Equipment for the Fire Department" contracts. The bids have been combined into one bid renamed "Public Safety Supplies, Equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment."
