The St. Louis County Department of Public Health’s Solid Waste Management Program (DPH) invites proposals for operations, labor, site management, and disposal services associated with its current permanent Household Hazardous Waste Facilities (HHWF), with the possibility of expanding the program during the awarded contract term. This may include additional permanent locations or the implementation of a curbside program. This program services residential customers residing in St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and St. Louis City (User).
