The selected proposer will be responsible for coordinating the service delivery of required One-Stop Partners, as defined by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and the local service providers administering the required programs in the Hennepin-Carver Workforce Development Area (LWDA 09). Proposers should identify and provide a single staff person that can be identified as and will fulfill the role of the one-stop operator and who can be held accountable for accomplishing the deliverables. The individual assigned to serve as the one-stop operator will be expected to devote up to 20 hours a week to this initiative. If a consortium is identified a legally binding MOU, or a detailed plan and timeline to establish an MOU, must be submitted with the proposal. A lead entity must be identified that will be contractually responsible for the contract, and which staff will perform each role. In addition to the required One-Stop Operator activities described in WIOA final rules and regulations (20 CFR § 678.620), The selected proposer will be expected to execute the following services: A. Coordinate internal communication among Core and Required One-Stop Partners and develop external partnerships to enhance availability of services; B. Coordinate and facilitate, at minimum, six (6) meetings with Core One-Stop Partners per calendar year and two (2) meetings with Required One-Stop Partners per calendar year, focusing on coordinating partner services and service delivery within the One-Stop system and within LWDA 09; C.
