Quantity: 1,400 Special Instructions: Mailing of the 3,325 printed A2 cards will not occur all at one time. Please provide price of printing envelopes and mailing PER PIECE. There will be up to 8 different mailings before June 30, 2025. Exact Quantities per mailing will vary in size. The City of Edmond can be invoiced after each mailing. The City of Edmond can also store the completed printed cards and blank envelopes until ready for mailing if the printer would prefer. When ready to mail, we will deliver Excel address list along with the quantity of cards and envelopes to be printed.
