There are currently 8 bids for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations Job Order Contracting Program. The Job Order Contract is open to all trades that Gordian has in their catalog for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations. Trades include but are not limited to General Contracting, Concrete, Electrical, Flooring, Food Service Equipment, Masonry, Paving, Plumbing, Roofing, Technology Services - Security Data & Communications, Building Automation Systems, Generator Service and Replacement, Water Well and Wastewater Services and Replacement, HVAC / Mechanical Services, Landscape, Mowing, Grounds, Debris Removal, and Glass and Glazing.
