3.1 This RFQ is intended to establish a contract or contracts for temporary traffic control services based on unit prices of work items requested herein. 3.2 Temporary traffic control services for this RFQ are “planned” events with services typically performed between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 3.3 Services to be performed under this contract will consist of deploying temporary traffic control setouts for planned events, as requested. 3.4 For these planned services, contractors shall be provided no less than 24 hours advance notice prior to conducting the work associated with the request for services. 3.5 The Contractor will be contacted for each project and/or service work effort to provide a Quote Sheet. 3.6 On-Call Services are not included with this bid. Examples of on-call services include, but are not limited to, traffic crashes, hazardous spills, fires, police incidents, water main breaks, and natural disasters that do not provide for a 24-hour notice to the Contractor.
